Installed this on my predator 212cc and techumseh 5.5hp engine. (The manifold had to be modded for it to fit on the techumseh).With this I bought a pack of main jets and once I put the right jet in the carb, it worked perfectly. Definitely worth the money. Throttle response is so much better and gained on top end.If you don't plan on racing, then save your money and buy this.
Made changing the fan clutch on my dodge ram a breeze. Just get a cheater bar and an 18 - 24 crescent and it takes about 2 minutes to break it loose and spin it off.
Works great except the pin dimensions listed are wrong. The small pins actually measure 0.265 (that .005 difference caused a problem for me) and the large pins actually measure 0.345 , not the 0.38 they show. Other than that, these are very sturdy and easy to use. I've been driving this wrench with a hammer to free corroded threads and the wrench is still going strong.
Worked like a charm bringing a old 110cc atv back to life. Yes some of the plugs may be different, but with a little basic understanding almost anyone can adapt this to run their kids old atv
it does work good on the Vader. HELPFUL TIPS: keep the jets they have installed. I tried a different set and the bike wouldn't run right. #2: you MUST use the provided slide cap (sits on top of the carb). DO NOT use the oem cap and spring, this will pull on the throttle cable and it will rev to the moon as soon as you start it. #3 you will need a longer bolt to secure the intake elbow to the carb, get 2 bolts, 2 nuts, the size is 1/4 standard bolt, 1.25 long. the longer bolt will give you just enough length to screw into the nut on the other side. #4 order a long air/fuel mixture screw to replace the stocker. that way you can tune the idle without having to remove the carb every single time. #5 this carb does not have a petcock or fuel shut off. You can pick one up at the hardware store in the lawn mower section. I got all new fuel line that can withstand ethanol. I ran that to a brand new fuel filter, to the new fuel shut off valve, and then more line to the carb.
